What I like:
This is the lightest folding knife I own. Opening the knife is done by pressing the stud on the back and flicking one's wrist. Once open, the frame locks the blade, and a secondary lock holds the frame in place. This double-lock makes it practically impossible to close the blade accidentally. The steel, AUS 4, is very durable. The stud used to open the knife while it's closed, functions as a gaurd when the knife is open, to help prevent your hand from slipping onto the blade.

What I don't like:
The double-locks make it hard to close one-handed. The AUS 4 steel doesn't seem to stay are sharp as my other knives. The pocket clip holds the knife point-down; I prefer point-up. There is no safety to prevent the knife from opening. The thumb studs are utturly useless.

It's a fine functional knive; nothing seriously wrong with it, but it may not be worth the $45 price tag.
