Public Protest, and act of Terrorism?

First Amendment to the United States Constitution:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

According to the Department of Defense's Antiterrorism Awareness training course (a requirement for all DOD personnel), public protest is considered an act of terrorism.

I've been talking a lot recently about our right to keep arms, but it is not the only right that is under attack.

It's not about making you "safer"; it's about power.
That power can only come from stripping our citizens of their rights.

Life. Liberty. Property.
Those are your rights.
Don't give them up.

The Progressive Party

The words "Republican" and "Democrat" mean nothing.
Forget the two party-system.

Understand that both are the same.

It is called progressivism. It is historically based on Mussolini's Fascism.
When fascism (a leftest movement) was introduced by Mussolini, it was embraced by many throughout the world. Until Adolf Hitler used fascism to fulfill his genocide, it was not considered the "dirty word" that it is today.
Fascism was the answer. It was the way of the future. It was progressive. It was enlightenment.
The enlightened ones would lead the progress of the nation beyond the "old" ways of socialism and capitalism. It was the Third Way.
The present Progressive Party (like Obama, Clinton, Bush, our mass media) is based directly on classic fascism.

We, those who believe in the constitution, state sovereignty, and individual rights, are a standing challenge to this movement.
For this to fully succeed, we must be stripped of our rights.
We must be stripped of our power.

Any President who declares so simply that those who oppose him shall have no rights, will, himself, be removed from power. It must be said carefully; it must be executed in calculated steps.

The Department of Homeland Security has recently released a report titled "Rightwing Extremists". This report, without evidence, links many different groups and ideas into a single "extremist" unit. These groups include:
  • White Supremacists
  • Anti-Semites
  • Anti-Abortionists
  • Veterans of recent wars
  • Supporters of state sovereignty
  • Supporters of our country's constitution
  • Supporters of a Free-trade economy
  • Supporters of a limited federal government
  • Supporters of the individual rights to Life, Liberty, and Property.

These are, by the DHS report, linked into a single entity.

I am a supporter of State Sovereignty, our Constitution, Capitalism, Limited Government, and Individual Rights.
I do not, in any way, support or sympathize with race-supremacists, anti-Semites, or any violent organization.
And yet, DHS has linked us into a single group.

Obama has recently taken actions that have angered myself, and the great many who share my views. I believe this is intentional.
He wants frustration within us.
As our frustration build, those groups who are truly extreme (the supremacists, the anti-Semites, etc) will unleash their frustration in violent ways. We have already seen it; two attacks within weeks.
As the media reports on these attacks, they refer to the terrorist as a rightwing extremist.
In doing this, they are effectively holding responsible for this attack, every person who believes in limited government, every man and women who has served in our nations armed forces, every member of the libertarian party, and many other honest citizens of these United States who disagree with the Progressive party.

These jihadist acts were carried out by individual domestic terrorists, yet as they choose to hold all of us responsible for these acts, they are labeling each of us as a potential threat; each of us as a potential terrorist.

A new bill introduced to the house has been written to restrict and deny the sale or trade of firearms to any person whom the attorney general deems a potential terrorist. That includes me; that likely includes you. That includes every citizen who has served to protect our constitution as a member of our Armed Forces.
The ability to bear arms is a right (perhaps a duty) of every honest citizen of our nation. The right to protect one's own life is a right that should never be infringed. If the government gains the ability to choose who is allowed to defend their own lives, they will have effectively abolished our right to Life.

As they label each of us as an individual terrorist threat, the next step is to show organization. Remembering who they have defined as a Rightwing extremist, organization can be shown in everything from violent KKK rallies to the peaceful "tea party" protests and the 9/12 Project.

As they label us as violent and show that we can organize, they can then suggest that we pose a greater threat; to suggest that we may carry-out large scale terrorist attacks against our country. At this point, myself, my family (perhaps yours as well) will be declared a threat to national security.

George W. Bush signed the Patriot Act into law.
This Act gives the government the power to deny various rights to those they consider dangerous terrorists and threats to security of our nation.

As they label us as terrorist, they gain the power to legally deny us our freedom.
When they gain this power, they will have effectively abolished our right of Liberty.

Without the rights of Life and Liberty, the right of Property means nothing.

Now, readers, please understand: I do not believe our government will round us up and ship us to Guantanamo. However, what I hope I have shown is how the government has given itself the power to do so, should they wish.
They have given themselves the power to deny you every right our founder's believed was given to you by nature's god.
Whether they use this power or not is irrelevant.

They have the power. That is what matters.
