Public Protest, and act of Terrorism?

First Amendment to the United States Constitution:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

According to the Department of Defense's Antiterrorism Awareness training course (a requirement for all DOD personnel), public protest is considered an act of terrorism.

I've been talking a lot recently about our right to keep arms, but it is not the only right that is under attack.

It's not about making you "safer"; it's about power.
That power can only come from stripping our citizens of their rights.

Life. Liberty. Property.
Those are your rights.
Don't give them up.
